We are 1 month in of 2013.  For everyone hasn’t kicked their workouts into high gear yet, now is the time.  From today  till Valentine’s day we have a special for new clients to try some personal training.  You can start off with 4 customized 30 minute sessions for $100 or 8 for $175.  Along with the personal training sessions, you will receive a nutrition consultation and every Saturday at 9 am we have a boot camp that is free for all our training clients.

         One change that we made in the year 2013 is that every month we are having some kind of challenge.  The benefit of these challenges is that it allows for ongoing involvement of clients and members.  It assists with motivation, inspiration and accountability on those days you are not meeting with your trainer.  In the month of January we had the 10,000 KettleBell swing challenge.  This month we are doing the 5 HR Plank Challenge.  You have the entire month to do 5 Hours of Planking. It comes out to 10 minutes and 45 seconds per day. Get your Plank on! Check out this you tube video of Andy and I explaining the Plank Challenge.
