Every new member at Fit Zone is eligible for 1 FREE training consultation with James our Fitness Director. This includes a basic overview of nutrition, resistance, and flexibility, as well as a FREE customized workout designed in accordance with the individual member’s needs, goals and fitness level.
If you’re interested in our personal training program, the personal trainers at Fit Zone are able to customize a unique approach to your workout, helping you achieve a level of fitness you never thought possible! Each trainer is nationally accredited, certified and/or holds a degree in the field of health and fitness. Our trainers view every client as an individual, tailoring his or her fitness program to maximize success. Through progression and periodic evaluations, as well as providing nutritional guidance and support, our personal trainers are dedicated to helping clients reach their potential.
