TIGER CATES

 

Tiger has been a vibrant part of the fitness industry for the last 16 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, life coach, and former NPC competitor. Tiger understands the unique challenges of balancing work, being a mom, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Fueled by the desire to change people's lives. Tiger knows that fitness is not just about being healthy physically but also being healthy mentally.

Tiger has her personal training and group fitness certifications through AFAA, ACE, and NASM. She is also certified in Yoga and Pilates. In addition, Tiger has 32 other certifications and fitness licenses including POUND, ZUMBA, CIRCL MOBILITY, and STRONG.

Tiger's approach to health and fitness is one that will leave her clients inspired and motivated to improve one's self and one's community.

My fitness journey began 15 years ago. I had been the "scrawny guy" my whole life, I wasn't focused, and I struggled to maintain a healthy diet. This was the point in my life where I knew I had to make a change. I decided to dive in head first and over the years, with a lot of education, commitment and consistency, I have become, and will continue to become the best version of myself. My lifestyle changes have made an incredible impact in all aspects of my life. It is my passion to help others succeed with their fitness goals and overall health! I care deeply for my clients and I strive to connect with members to help everyone feel comfortable and confident in the gym, alongside providing lifelong knowledge. I am here to help you find your inner motivation and help unlock your highest potential to dial in and meet your goals.

DEB DIFERDINANDO

 

Deb originally joined FF10 and became a group fitness instructor. In May of 2021, Deb branched out and pursued her certification as a personal trainer and became part of the FF10 Training team. Deb is passionate and enjoys helping others move towards their goals of fitness. "I have been active my whole life and learned to understand the importance of health (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) and how it impacts daily functioning and movement, particularly as we age." Deb provides personal training and support within a safe environment, encouraging confidence and progression towards their fitness goals.

DANIEL RACANAC

 

Daniel has had a passion for physical fitness and training for many years. He vividly remembers the first time ever doing a bench press as a young boy and in that moment, his passion was sparked. Daniel has continued educating himself in areas of training that align with his values such as strength, mobility, bare-foot movement, and martial arts. He is grateful to all his trainers, coaches, and mentors, and as an expression of gratitude he now continues to pass along his knowledge and expertise.

ABIGAIL HILL

 

Abby is passionate about helping women especially, feel their best and gain the confidence to show up for themselves everyday. She loves how the human body works and our ability to naturally heal ourselves. She’s a true believer that we can heal with food and lifestyle changes. She knows how hard it can be to overcome habits that hold us back and looks forward to helping even just one soul nail those health goals they’ve always envisioned for themselves.

NASM PT, CGCC 24 credit hours in Dietetic Nutrition, MBA Sustainable Business, Buti Instructor.
