This is a combination of functional Training (FIT) High Intensity Interval Training. (HIIT) , and aerobic exercises. It is a full body workout. It will challenge you, push you to new levels, and quickly and efficiently burn calories. You will work through a combination of cardiovascular and toning drills. 60 second intervals all out followed by a recovery phase. Then, repeat the circuit 30 second intervals all out followed by a recovery phase. This class will bring the heat and the results!
