Our Bootcamps is a combination of aerobics, functional Training ( FIT) and high Interval intensity training ( HIIT), YOGA designed based on the members’ fitness level. You can either pay MONTHLY or pay PER SESSION. The monthly option requires 3 MONTHS COMMITMENT and you will be able to attend as many classes as you want. You also have the option to register to our 12 WEEKS TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE to win a prize! We do have  FREE SESSIONS every Wednesday  ( 8 pm) !  *FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS
